How can we help?

For account access, family invitations, privacy requests or feedback about the pilot, email support@rightoutside.app.

Sign-in links

Email links are single-use and expire. If a link is invalid, return to the account step in Right Outside and request a fresh one.

Location sharing

Every adult controls their own live sharing. Use the persistent in-app indicator to stop immediately. Removing a family member revokes their access to private family information.

Safety or content complaint

Use the in-app Report post control whenever possible so the moderation team receives the correct report reference. For a privacy or legal complaint, email privacy@rightoutside.app.

Emergency help

Right Outside is not an emergency service. If danger is happening now in the UK, call 999. For non-emergency police contact, call 101.
